Luckily our farm inn is located in the heart of Provence, which gives us the great opportunity to grow and serve the best local products !
If you walk around the estate, you will find our fruit and olive trees, not to mention our Chef Sandrine’s herb garden, which stands just above the warehouse. Going a little further, you will face the stunning steep terraces dedicated to our market gardening, and you won’t miss our poultry running free in a pine wood.
Most of the products we offer and cook come from the estate – which is the principle of our farm inn in Provence – yet the rest of the delicious food you will enjoy being cooked by our chef Sandrine remains local food, like goat cheese which is made at la Souricette in Saint Cyr, or fish taken out of the sea in Bandol, not to mention oysters or mussels from Tamaris… Caroline and Philippe have kept their original passion and occupation current, which is the quest for exceptional ingredients.
Our chef Sandrine is as loyal and true as possible regarding this quest for excellent products. In the outdoor rotisserie she roasts our home reared poultry, which customers can enjoy either on site or at home !

The staff on the farm take a good care of their products, which are highlighted by our chef Sandrine, at a table you will never forget. Indeed, she cooks in front of you in an open kitchen right behind the famous zinc counter covered with La Font des Pères coat of arms.

Since opening in July 2018, Sandrine has put in place there a menu which brings our farm products to the fore, where she combines a friendly atmosphere with gastronomy. Today, the fame of her cooking goes beyond the frontiers of the Var region.
Having resourced exceptional products for more than 20 years, Philippe and Caroline Chauvin have unearthed a head chef akin to their values. Sincere and kind, Sandrine conjures up that which they were looking for at the auberge – authenticity.
